Privacy policy.
Plain English, no dark patterns. We collect what we need to do the work you asked for, and nothing we do not.

Who we are
Digital Marksmen is a growth partner working with clients in the United States, Europe and the Gulf. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will answer plainly.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a growth audit or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company, website, the service you are interested in, your marketing investment range, and anything you write in the message field.
Information collected automatically. Standard analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, how you arrived at the site, and how you moved through it. Where you arrive from an advertising campaign, we may also record which campaign brought you.
Why we collect it
To build and send the audit you asked for. To follow up about it. To understand which pages and campaigns work, so we do not spend money on things that do not. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone who is not directly involved in delivering what you asked for.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement — typically Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta. These help us see whether our marketing is working. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some measurement will be lost.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us operate: our form handler, email provider, analytics platforms, and CRM. Each processes data on our behalf and under contract. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. That is the complete list.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, for our legitimate interest in following up on a business enquiry — then we delete it. Analytics data on the retention schedule of the platform concerned.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR in Europe and the CCPA in California — you may also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, or to receive your data in portable form. Email us and we will action it. We will not make you jump through hoops.
International transfers
We work across the US, Europe and the Gulf, so your information may be processed outside your home country. Where that happens we take appropriate steps to ensure it remains protected to the standard your local law requires.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not collect data we do not need, which is the most effective protection there is.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date below. Material changes will be flagged clearly rather than buried.
Contact
Questions, requests or complaints — including any request to access, correct or delete your data — can be made through our contact form. A human will reply.
